Abdelrahman Elsayed

Outside work

A different
side of me.

Paint on a canvas, something good in my headphones, and a film worth talking about.

01 · Made by hand

Away from the screen.

I paint a lot. This is a small space for a few of my pieces.

A colorful giraffe painted on canvas, displayed on a wooden shelf in sunlight.
A wall display of small paintings featuring a crescent moon, cactus, flowers, cat, hippo, cow, sheep, and eggs.
A canvas painting of dark pine trees beneath a star-filled blue night sky.
A painting of an orange and pink sunset over a city waterfront, with a small figure beside a railing.
A painting of white daisies against cream, orange, and dark blue geometric shapes.
A canvas of tall, colorful cats with wide eyes against a pale yellow background.
Three abstract canvas panels in green, pink, and orange displayed together on a wall.

04 · From everyday life

A few moments, kept.

Places, people, and small things that caught my eye.

Abdelrahman standing in a cobblestone street beneath warm string lights.
Friends leaning over the camera beneath yellow autumn leaves.
Several people holding instant photographs together.
Two people smiling beneath suspended umbrellas on a city street.
A wide waterfall beneath a suspension bridge, with autumn trees and a rocky hillside.
A phone on a tripod recording four people talking outdoors.
A close-up of a dog being held beside a brick wall.
Five people at a space-camp facility, some wearing blue flight suits.
A group smiling around a long restaurant table.
A group of friends in suits posing against a warm yellow wall.
Five friends smiling in red rain ponchos near waterfalls.
Friends gathered around an outdoor grill beneath autumn trees.
